Built for early years.
By people who understand it.
We didn't stumble into childcare. We chose it — because we saw brilliant nursery leaders buried under paperwork, compliance and HR pressure that had nothing to do with why they came into the sector. Talent Connect SA exists to change that.

The problem we couldn't ignore
The early years sector is one of the most regulated, under-resourced environments in England. Nursery managers are extraordinary people — but they spend hours every week on LA funding portals, Ofsted evidence packs, staff disciplinaries and headcount returns instead of leading the education and care their settings were built to provide.
We saw this up close. Our founding team has worked alongside nurseries across England — in HR, compliance, international staffing and operational management. We knew the problems intimately. And we knew no single provider was solving all of them in one place.
So we built Talent Connect SA. A business support company designed from the ground up for early years — with the sector language, regulatory knowledge and operational experience that generalist outsourcers simply don't have.
Early years providers carry enormous responsibility — for children's safety, staff wellbeing, Ofsted compliance and financial sustainability. They deserve business support that understands all of that. That's exactly what we built.
Our mission, vision and values
Everything we do is anchored to a clear purpose — and a set of values that shape how we work with every nursery we support.
To empower early years providers across England with the operational, legal and professional infrastructure they need to run outstanding, sustainable settings — so their energy stays on children, not admin.
To be the leading business support partner for childcare providers across the UK — the single trusted name that early years operators reach for when they need help running a better business.
A sector like no other — and that's why we specialise
Ofsted, local authority funding, EYFS requirements, DBS compliance, staff ratios — generalist business advisers don't know this world. We live in it every day.
Chronic Level 3 shortages, ratio-critical headcounts, safeguarding requirements — the staffing challenges in early years demand solutions built specifically for them.
LA funding mistakes, failed Ofsted inspections, tribunal claims — in early years, administrative errors have outsized financial consequences. Precision matters.
You shouldn't have to explain what a headcount return is. Or why safeguarding HR is different. We already know — so every conversation starts ahead of where others leave off.
Managing five separate suppliers for admin, HR, recruitment, H&S and IT is exhausting. One partner who covers all of it — and makes them work together — is transformative.
When leaders spend less time on paperwork and more time on quality, it shows — in Ofsted grades, in staff culture, and in the experience of every child who walks through the door.
